The flat has a large space and good-sized rooms, but it's freezing and really hard to warm up due to the open layout. I've had multiple issues, including a leaking roof during heavy rains, and contacting the management has been a nightmare; they are very unresponsive and I've yet to hear back from them despite leaving multiple messages. While it's conveniently close to New World and reasonably near the university, it's quite far from town, and there might be a possible wasp hive problem.

The house was too big to heat properly, with leaky upstairs windows and a mold problem, making it very damp. While the landlord was really nice, we mostly dealt with a hopeless property management company that struggled to fix issues like broken windows. The best thing about the flat was its size and proximity to campus, but the worst part was definitely how cold and damp it was.
The house has lots of room, which I really appreciate. The best thing about it is definitely the location, but the worst part is that it can get quite cold. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
