The flat has a great kitchen and the living room heats well, with heat traveling nicely to the second floor. However, the bathroom is a bit mouldy and deteriorated. While the landlord usually addresses problems reasonably quickly, I did have to negotiate issues with the cleanliness of the flat when I moved in. Overall, the kitchen is definitely the best feature, but the bathroom is the worst.

The flat is pretty decent size, but there are some drawbacks. The landlord sometimes talks up the place, especially about soundproofing and pink batts, which clearly aren't effective. Additionally, the room sizes vary significantly, and I’ve noticed uneven floors and old windows.
