I found the flat to be very cozy and modern, with decent-sized rooms, including two double rooms and a bigger one. The landlord is responsive and quick to help with any issues. However, depending on your neighbors, you might hear a lot of stomping and raving parties, and there are some odd power outlet placements that can be easily managed with multiboxes and extension cords.

The house is small and has some noise from the adjoining property, but it’s perfect for a single person or couple. The new heat pump works well to heat the house, although I have to go outside to access the laundry. The landlord is good to deal with and always helpful, though sometimes slow to respond to queries. The best thing about the place is its good location.

My experience with the flat has been mixed. The landlord is hard to get in touch with, which can be frustrating. On the bright side, the kitchen gets plenty of sun and has a nice cooking island. However, I was disappointed to find the carpet in my room covered with human hair when I moved in.
