I really enjoy the amazing sun in the lounge and kitchen, which keeps the house relatively warm even in winter, thanks to the good fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom are nice, but the bedrooms can be quite cold; however, we spend most of our time in the lounge. The landlord is good and responds quickly, making the experience even better. Overall, the best things are definitely the sun and fireplace, while the cold bedrooms are the downside.

I lived in a modern home with large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen and living area heat up well, but the two roadside bedrooms are quite cold. The landlord is a great guy who lives locally and sorts out any issues ASAP, which is a big plus. Overall, the best thing about the flat is its modern interior, but the cold bedrooms are definitely a downside.
