The whole flat is utterly fantastic, featuring a new kitchen and bathroom, great shower pressure, and excellent insulation. It's in a quiet area with plenty of sun throughout the day, although I did have to walk to the top of Opoho. My landlord was quick to respond and easy to work with, but the flatmates were the worst part of the experience. Overall, the flat itself was amazing.
