The house is quite cold and damp since it’s very sheltered from the sun and wind, which makes it uncomfortable at times. On the plus side, it’s not old, and the landlord is easy to contact. Overall, the coldness is the worst aspect of living here.
The house is very small, but it’s mean and modern, making it a cheap option. Our landlord was really useful and helpful, fixing things as soon as she could, and we had no problems with her at all. The only downside was definitely the size.
The house has had some issues with faulty electrical wiring since it was rewired at the beginning of the year, leading to a lot of problems. The landlord also takes a while to get things done. On the plus side, the rent price is great, but the age of everything in the flat is definitely a downside.
