The only nice thing about this flat is the deck, which gets sunshine in the morning. Everything else is awful, from the rotting, wet wood in the kitchen that stinks up the whole place to the mouse poop in the cupboards. The bathroom is mouldy, the toilet screams when it's cold, and it’s freezing in winter with hardly any sunshine inside. The landlord did the bare minimum for renovations but does address necessary fixes, like the leaking roof. Overall, it's a depressing place to live and study, and I got sick a lot while living here.

I had a great experience living in this flat. It features an HRV system and moisture filter that kept it dry all year, with no condensation on the windows. The view of North Dunedin from the balcony is stunning, and the downstairs bathroom has an awesome shower-dome that retains heat in winter. The landlords are really nice and responsive, always willing to help out, and they don’t mind parties as long as the place is respected. The only downside was walking up the hill, but overall, it was a fantastic place to live.

The house has an awesome location and a great view, but the hill can be a bit sketchy in winter due to the lack of sun on the road, making it a tad cold. The landlords are simple to work with; if you don't screw them, they won't screw you, and they're always willing to help out with any queries.

The heat pump works well after cleaning, and the balcony is nice in the summer, but there are significant issues with the house. The roof leaks, the bathroom is mouldy, and the shower is awful. The kitchen is tiny, and the water pipes make loud noises all the time. Additionally, the landlord slacks at getting repairs done, and there are potential mouse problems from previous tenants. Overall, while the balcony is enjoyable in summer, everything else is quite problematic.

I lived in a very spacious flat with large bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen, plus an amazing balcony that offered great views of North Dunedin—perfect for my morning coffee. The small front yard was ideal for summer BBQs and beers, and the landlord was the best I've ever dealt with, a bloody great bloke all round. However, the old sash windows made it very cold during winter, and I wouldn't recommend trying to heat the place. Overall, the view and spaciousness were the best aspects, while the cold was definitely the worst.

I think the house is amazing, with an incredible balcony and it stays warm. The landlord is very easy-going, and flat inspections are a breeze. The only downside is that I have to walk up a big hill!

The shower in the house was amazing and a decent size, though it often got too hot. Unfortunately, everything else about the house sucks, especially the mould. We never met the landlord, which added to the overall frustration.
