Is it possible to give less than a 1 star rating? 0 stars? Terrible condition property, full of black mould and moisture damage - she (landlord) avoided all contact about the issues. Breaches of HH standards, also false info (old photos) and distorts inclusions using AI-generated scripts to advertise flat in an attempt to make it sound much nicer than it actually is. Abusive, nasty, vindictive, would not keep away, continually breaching landlord obligations. Serial offender at the Tenancy Tribunal as she will do her best to pull a swift one over your bond. * Beware of any 5 star ratings listed for this property as they will be from one of the landlords many fake accounts.

Look up ***** ***** and you'll see all you need to know. I had an awful experience. Abusive behaviour, no keys were given to us despite paying rent, a property in an unruly condition despite photos and promises to amend the state of the property, and continuous access without notice into the middle of the night. We took her to Tenancy Tribunal which was also awful and we got very little out of it. She takes her tenants to Tenancy Tribunal every year so unless you want a bond reduction and a cold mouldy flat for a year, I do not recommend signing for any of her properties.
