The flat is a nice place, just a 15-minute walk to uni (10 if you're in a hurry) and conveniently close to Night and Day and Fatty Lane. One bedroom is huge, while the others are moderate, and the living room heats up quickly thanks to the heat pump and double glazing. The landlord is well-meaning and willing to invest in the flat, but can be a bit slow to address issues. The best features are the dishwasher and double glazing, though the only downside is that it's up a hill.

The house itself is fine, but the landlord requires persistence; if you want something done, you really have to keep on his case. The best part about living here is the free wifi, but the worst aspect is that it's located up a hill.
