The rooms in the house are big, and the backyard is great for parties, which I loved. However, the sun didn't reach the house from late April to late September, and while the heat pump did warm the place, it was on 24/7. The landlord is bloody great—easy to contact and quick to fix things. Overall, the best thing about the flat is definitely the backyard, but winter was the worst part.

The house is very cold due to a lack of sun, which is definitely the worst part. However, the size of the rooms is great, and our landlord is wonderful—she doesn't bother us unless we need something fixed. Overall, it's a mixed experience.

The flat was cheap, which was definitely the best thing about it. I found that I needed to keep hassling the landlord, but overall, not much had to be done in the flat. The worst part was the lack of sun.
