The house is in a really good location and is better than many others around here, although it feels a bit too expensive. The landlord isn't too bad, but she can be a bit racist. The best thing about the place is the heat pump, which keeps the room warm during winter, but the worst part is that the windows break easily when you try to close them, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.

The house is extremely modern, with upgrades provided every year, and it's only 8 years old. Our landlord is lovely and extremely responsive; she even buys us chocolates before exams and pays for our power while encouraging us to use the heat pump more often. The best features are the double glazing, free power, and modern amenities, and honestly, there isn't anything I can say is a downside.
