I lived in a big flat with great shower pressure, which was a definite plus. The landlord was really nice, not invasive, and usually very responsive to any problems. The best part was the spaciousness and proximity to everything, but some rooms did get no sunlight.

I had a great experience with this rental, thanks to the lovely landlord who always responded quickly and fixed any issues. The location is fantastic, but the downside is that it gets really cold in winter—so much so that you can see your breath indoors!

The flat has some drawbacks, like a draft from the balcony in one room and a window that isn't double glazed, plus the back room hardly gets any sunlight. The landlord is quite petty; when we reported issues with the furniture, she denied them, and it took four months to remove a bed we asked about in February. On the bright side, the best feature is its proximity to uni, but the worst part is that you can literally see your breath inside.

The house has a great location, being so close to uni, town, and the gym, but despite getting some sun, the insulation isn't very good, making the rooms surprisingly cold. The living room doesn't get much sun, so it's better to hang out in the other rooms. The landlord is great at responding to issues, but it takes a long time to get them sorted.

The house is very cold with no insulation, and the poorly placed heat pump isn't worth turning on. It's loud and dark, and the room sizes vary significantly. However, the location is very convenient. The landlord is reasonably helpful, though I sometimes have to chase them up to fix things; they are nice people overall. The best thing about the flat is the location, while the worst is how cold and run down it feels.

I lived in a very cold house with second-hand appliances that constantly broke down, and it took weeks to get repairs done. The landlord was a nightmare to deal with, taking years to reply and even threatening us over rent payments he mistakenly thought we hadn't made. On the bright side, the rent was cheap, the backyard was awesome in summer, and the location was very good for university.

The house has two huge rooms that are much bigger than the other five, and it's in great condition for a 100-year-old flat. The upstairs bedrooms get nice sun, but the living room and kitchen can be quite dark. The landlord is a lovely lady who kept in touch throughout the year, even without an inspection. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, while the worst aspect is the small living area.

The house has lots of rooms, but there's no lounge space or hang-out area. The landlord is really good at fixing things, except for the leaky tap that's been an issue all year. The rooms are an awesome size, but it's always warmer outside than in!

I found the house to be very warm, double glazed, and insulated, with some amazing room sizes, although a few were quite tiny. The shower pressure is the best I've ever experienced, and it truly feels like home. The landlord is very friendly and quick to address major issues. The only downside was having to leave.

The house is double glazed and in an awesome location. The landlord is friendly and always happy to help. The best part about living here is definitely the showers, but the worst thing is the freshers walking past and pissing on the door.

The house looks nice, but it's freezing inside—often warmer outside than in—and the high electricity bills are a burden, especially with two hot water cylinders. Three of the rooms are very damp, leading to mold on clothes. The landlord can be rude and seems to get angry sometimes, but as long as you keep him updated and remind him of his responsibilities, it's manageable.
