The house has a very small lounge, and the cooking smell tends to get into everything. While the two front rooms get good sun, the two back rooms don't get much light and are on a slant. The location is excellent, being extremely close to the university, and the landlord is responsive and quick to address issues, like replacing a broken oven within a week. However, the size and temperature of the rooms are definitely the worst aspects.
