The house had a couple of leaks, but the landlord fixed them quickly. I appreciated the free parking space and the spacious rooms, although the downstairs room doesn't get much sun due to the neighboring houses. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the worst is definitely the lack of sunlight. Just be sure to inform the landlord about any issues right away, as he can be intimidating and has a tendency to snap if you're not upfront.
