Never talked to the landlord so they were fine, no issues, no foul. HOWEVER, I was on the bottom story of the two story flat, the rooms were large but got ZERO sun, and it is the MOST DAMP AND MOLDY FLAT YOU WILL EVER LIVE IN. I had to keep a dehumidifer running 24/7 because it was so damp, and I got the sickest in my life in this flat and it was made so much worse by the constant damp. I truely believe that the mold is in the walls. The only pro of this flat was a massive room, but the cons certainley outweighed it. Proceed with caution if on the bottom floor. Oh, and I also had clothes stolen off the washing line once :(( so beware.
