The flat is relatively big with good-sized rooms, but only two of them get a decent amount of sun, and the lack of air ventilation can be an issue. It can get quite noisy if you don't know the people in the above flat, and the landlord is looking to sell, which makes him less tolerant if you fall behind on rent. The worst part for me is the absence of heating and the distance from UNI.

The house has large rooms and living areas that are surprisingly warmer than expected, making it quite robust and student-proof, perfect for gatherings. However, the landlord can be difficult to deal with, often coming off as sooty and anti-student, though the property manager has been fantastic. The location isn't ideal, but overall, the space is great for activities.
