Landlord
The flat is very big, with a huge area upstairs that includes our own basketball court. However, the walls are very thin, making it hard to avoid the noise from people walking around at all hours. While the lounge heats up nicely, the large rooms with high ceilings can be difficult to warm in winter since there’s no additional heating. The landlord is responsive when issues arise, but it helps to remind him daily to get things sorted.
