The house has a nice view, and while half of the rooms are warm, the others are cold since they get no sun at all. The best part is definitely the deck, but the worst is the back room that leaks when it rains. The landlord is quite strange and gets picky about kitchen cleanliness, plus he parks his church van in the carparks. It's very close to OP, though.

The house has an awesome view of Logan Park and the hockey turf, plus the convenience of off-street parking and a new fridge/freezer and oven. However, it can get really cold in the winter—I’ve had warmer sleeps in a tent. On the bright side, having two bathrooms and toilets is definitely a plus.
