The house has a nice layout with plenty of space, a beautiful view, and a nice deck, but it’s cold and doesn’t get much sunlight. The fireplace is great, although it takes time to heat the house, and the heat pump barely works when it gets close to 0 degrees. The landlord, who lives next door, is awesome and always helpful, but I doubt they will continue with Click property management, which seems focused solely on profit and lacks concern for tenant well-being. Overall, the view is the best part, while the cold and lack of sun are the worst.
