Rate this flatI really enjoyed living in this flat, as it gets lots of sunshine during the day, making it a warm and inviting place. The landlord is very nice, which adds to the positive experience. Overall, I can't think of anything negative to say—there are no downsides at all!
The unit receives all day sun, making it warm and comfortable, with the lounge reaching 29 degrees and the bedroom 25 degrees on sunny winter days. It's well maintained, and the landlord is a very nice and responsive man who even professionally cleaned the carpet before we moved in. The only downside is that the shower is not strong.
