Rate this flatI really like the flat; it's a good living area with a nice heat pump and off-street parking in a pleasant neighborhood. The landlord is a really good guy who, while busy and not always quick to address issues, generally handles any big problems promptly. The only downside is that it gets very little sun in the winter, making it cold, but the heat pump heats the living room quickly.
The house looks nice and has a great interior, but it gets little to no sun in winter, making it extremely cold and damp, especially the room by the bathroom, which is mouldy. While the location is good, the price is excessive for what you get. On the plus side, the landlord is quick to fix any issues.
