Nice flat, dated but good size. I was living in B so the water pressure wasn’t the best and unable to be fixed apparently. Warm on sunny days, very cold after about 4pm as there isn’t a lot of sun. Landlords friendly and happy to help but very DIY and would attempt fixes themselves when a professional was likely needed.
