The house has decent-sized rooms, though it can be difficult to heat at times, and there's a leak in one bedroom whenever it snows. I love the awesome stained glass window in the stairwell and the great view from my bedroom now that some trees have been removed. However, the landlord takes some time to respond to emails and only communicates with one flat member about inspections and lease renewals, which can be frustrating. The best feature is definitely the stained glass window, while the awkwardly laid out kitchen is the worst aspect.
