Rate this flatThe house has large rooms and a nice kitchen, but the bathroom lacks a window, causing moisture to build up quickly. Only the front room gets good sunlight, while the others are quite dark. The wall heaters work well, but the beds provided are of poor standard. The landlord is just your usual property manager, with a response time that's what you'd expect, and there's no proper living area.
The house is warm, but the lack of a lounge is rough, and the non-functioning heaters are a downside. On the bright side, the deck is great for keeping out the rain, and the best part of living here has definitely been the tenants. However, the landlord does need regular reminders about issues.
