Rate this flatThe house was mostly fine—nothing bad or great about it. The landlord was friendly, and I had no problems during my stay. The best part was the great location and decent size, but the neighbors could be noisy at times.
The house had lots of mould, and it was cold, damp, and mouldy overall. The landlord refused to acknowledge the heating issues and made us pay $800 for mould removal. They even tried to withhold our bond, claiming something was taken that wasn't a chattel.
