Rate this flatI lived in a really nice renovated flat with a great kitchen and bathroom. The landlord responds quickly and I didn't need him much, but he does the job. The only downside is that the curtains are very thin and the place isn't very soundproof.
I've been living in this awesome flat for two years, and it's really well insulated, though the windows can get a bit damp at times. The landlord isn't around much, but he promptly fixed the only issue we've had when our tap froze and cracked. The best part is that it's new and warm, but it is a bit far away from some places. Overall, it's close to food, groceries, and great running routes.
