I found this flat to be a perfect spot for studious types, as it's clean, quiet, inexpensive, and has a bit of charm. The landlord is pretty hands-off but attentive enough. The best part is that it's inexpensive, and I have two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen to myself. However, it does get draughty and cold; while I can heat the small space with a floor heater, it doesn't retain heat well, though sealing the obvious cracks helped a bit.
