I really enjoyed living in this flat, as it has a nice view, great character, and is located in a good area. The landlord is super efficient, always getting back to me the same day and eager to improve the flat. I loved the natural sunlight and the quirky features, though it can be a bit cold downstairs, and the lack of a large living space was a downside. The upstairs room with a balcony and plenty of storage was a definite highlight.

I really enjoy living in this house; it has a cool character, great views, and plenty of trees around. The bedrooms are decent-sized, though some can get quite cold in winter, and while I appreciate the sheltered verandah for drying washing, I can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors. The landlord is responsive and approachable, always eager to address any issues, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a fantastic space with a lot of character and great carpet in the hallway.
