Where to start? One of the rooms has no windows, just a skylight filled with dead bugs, and the carpet and walls are stained and tattered. The en-suite bathroom has no ventilation and is always mouldy, and there's no soundproofing between the walls, so you can hear everything. The rooms are very cold, especially in winter, and the laundry is outside in a shed cluttered with the landlord's old stuff, plus the window is broken. While the price is fair for a first-time flat, be cautious about locking the door due to peeping toms, and it took months for the property manager to respond to our blocked toilet, only for plumbers to inform us there was no plumbing and the waste sat under the house.
