Landlord
The flat has two decent-sized bedrooms upstairs, a good-sized kitchen and living room, and plenty of space with two storage rooms under the stairs. While the carpets are clean, the place looks pretty old and could use some TLC, and it lacks whiteware. The landlord isn't the most responsive or pleasant to deal with, and I can hear everything happening in the house and nearby flats.
