Landlord
The house had excellent bathrooms, and the rooms, lounge, and kitchen were spacious and communal. However, the landlord can be very difficult to deal with, so it's important to have someone in the flat with good reasoning skills, as he can get unreasonable at times. The worst part was the noise.
