The flat has nice-sized rooms and comes with some furniture, but it gets very cold and damp with no sun at all. The walls are thin, so you can hear the people upstairs walking around loudly. On the plus side, the landlords are very nice and friendly, always quick to respond to issues and check in on us.
The house feels like a cave that gets zero sun, which is definitely the worst part. However, I love how it can turn the lounge and kitchen into a russy lounge, which is mean. I couldn't tell you much about the landlord, though.
