Rate this flatThe house itself was fine, but the best part was definitely the price. Our landlord was awesome, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience better. The only downside was the walk to uni, which could be a bit of a hassle.
The house is quite cold, and the bathroom and dryer are not ventilated, which makes it uncomfortable at times. However, the best thing about it is the location in Woodhaugh. Overall, the coldness is the worst aspect of the flat.
My landlord is awesome, friendly, and really helpful. The best thing about this flat is the price, but the worst part is the walk to uni.
