The house itself had no standout features, but the landlord was quick to fix any problems that arose. Overall, my experience was quite satisfactory.
The house is just a flat, which is its worst aspect, but the best thing about it is definitely the location. The landlord is very hands off, which some may appreciate, but it can also feel a bit detached.
