I really like the size of the flat, but it's super cold since it's old and lacks insulation, double glazing, or heating, except for one heat pump in the lounge. Our landlord is such a lovely guy; he’s quick to fix things and has even brought us new fridges, freezers, and built new shelves and an outdoor area this year. Overall, he’s been great to have as a landlord.

The house is a good size, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it can get quite cold, making it less comfortable at times. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
