FREEZING south facing front two rooms with single glazed big windows and huge rooms. If you want an enormous room but don't mind the cold, would highly recommend this flat! The other two rooms were a bit warmer. Doesn't really get any sun during the uni year, a tiny bit in the back. Super cheap when I lived there (more than 3 years ago). Never had much to do with the property manager.
