Rate this flatThe heating in the flat is fantastic and really comes in handy, making it a warm and comfy place with stunning rooms and a great view. However, the landlords are a bit shit and seem pretty busy, not really caring much about issues like the shower this year. The distance from campus is also a downside, but overall, I enjoy living here.
The attic is bloody creepy, and I had some concerns about the landlord's responsiveness during emergencies—after a break-in, it took a few days before we were allowed back in. On the plus side, the location and view are fantastic, but dealing with mice and the high costs were definitely drawbacks.
I really enjoyed living in this flat, especially because I had the biggest and sunniest room. The front rooms were very sunny, although the house did leak a bit in the snow. The landlord was great—zero drama and really onto it. The worst part for me was the yuck bath.
