The house is up a flight of stairs, but it wasn't too bad to get furniture up. I haven't met the landlord, but the property manager is absolutely lovely. The best thing about the place is that it heats really well; I just need a little fan heater or something. The worst thing is that I'm too tall for the shower. :(
