Overall, I found the flat to be nice and pretty warm, with all bedrooms having their advantages. The kitchen gets great morning sun, and the shower pressure is decent. However, mold tends to build up in the front two rooms towards the end of the year, and the soundproofing is quite poor in the smaller bedrooms. The landlord situation can be a bit annoying, especially with the owner living downstairs, but the views and balcony are definitely the best features.

The house is very warm, which I really appreciate, but being apartment-style means the living quarters are kind of close. The property manager is great and very onto it, and the landlord, who lives downstairs, doesn’t complain when we’re loud. The best thing about this place is definitely the warmth, although the noise from the lounge can be a downside.
