The house has good furnishings and includes internet, making it a decent price compared to other studios, although power isn't included. The landlord is quick to respond and helpful with any issues, showing pride in the house's insulation system. The best feature is definitely the carpet, but it can get quite cold upstairs in winter if you don't use the heater.

The flat itself was quite nicely set up with spacious rooms, but the communal kitchen and living areas were unimpressive. It was also quite cold and didn’t get much sun, plus there were needed repairs that had been ignored for years, like mold and mushrooms in the bathrooms. The landlord is a lying and cheating man who takes days to reply, if at all, and doesn’t follow through on promises to repair things. I would not recommend this place; everything else was a disappointment.
The house is very modern, warm, and clean, but it can be a little noisy from the roads. The landlord is very approachable, responds quickly, and takes great care of the property, so as long as you keep the house clean, he will like you. Overall, it's a great place to live.
