I really like the flat's good location, close to town and uni, and four of the six bedrooms get plenty of sun. The water pressure is the best thing about the place, but the limited parking and the steep driveway and stairs are definitely the biggest downsides. On the plus side, the landlord is great to deal with and responds quickly to any issues.

The flat is newly redone with a brand new kitchen and fresh paint throughout, making it very warm and comfortable. The location is great, and I love the nice plush carpet. However, the sound proofing is limited, which can be a downside. The landlord is fine to deal with and responds straight away.
