The house has a leaky roof, cracks in the window frames, and is in generally bad condition, which is frustrating. The landlady is irresponsible, refusing to communicate except through mobile phones, and she often goes back on her word, promising repairs that never happen for months. The only positive aspect has been the neighbours, but overall, everything else has been a disappointment.
