The house has variable room sizes, an average bathroom, and a small lounge/kitchen, but it’s in a sweet location. The best part is definitely the location and price, while the worst aspect has been the landlord, who wasn't great on communication. Overall, I’d suggest grading individual rents based on room size.

I found the house to be very close to class and a dairy, which was convenient. The landlord fixed issues fast, and the owners had a quick response time, making my experience positive overall. There wasn't really anything I disliked about the place.
