The house is cold and gets pretty damp and moldy in winter, which is definitely the worst part. However, the landlord is quick to fix issues, which is a plus. The best thing about living here is the deck in summer.

The house has big rooms and is pretty tidy, with the best location, but the kitchen is tiny and the courtyard flats can be very loud. The landlord is easy-going, very helpful, and pretty generous too. Overall, I appreciate the spaciousness and location, but the kitchen situation and noise can be a downside.

The house has a convenient location and nice carpet in most rooms, but it's noisy, has poor shower pressure, and the gas oven is quite annoying. The landlord is really nice, though sometimes a bit slow to address problems, and I hear there will be a change to the property manager next year. Overall, the best thing about the flat is definitely the carpet, while the worst thing is the oven.

The flat has a good layout, although I find it a bit annoying that the lounge and kitchen are separate. It does get quite cold, but the rooms are all good, and the landlord is very helpful and quick to fix any problems. The best thing about the place is definitely the location.

The rooms in the flat are big, and while the kitchen is a bit small for individual cooking, it works fine for flat cooking. The landlord is easy-going with not many inspections, which makes for a good experience if you're a good tenant. The best thing about the place is definitely the location, but the heat pump's location could be better.

I lived in a flat called "Frother," and the landlord was really easy going and very helpful. The best thing about the place was the big rooms, but the worst part was the small kitchen.

The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but the water pressure is terrible, and it gets really cold. It's also not soundproof, making it quite loud. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to these issues.

The house has a great location, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the lounge and kitchen are quite small and dark, which can be a downside. The landlord is very chatty, which some might find enjoyable or overwhelming.
