Rate this flatThe house is cold and gets pretty damp and moldy in winter, which is definitely the worst part. However, the landlord is quick to fix issues, which is a plus. The best thing about living here is the deck in summer.

The landlord is easy-going, very helpful, and pretty generous too. Overall, I appreciate the spaciousness and location, but the kitchen situation and noise can be a downside.
