The flat has a good location with a long driveway that offers privacy and is close to the marsh study centre, which is a big plus. While the upstairs corner bedrooms are sunny and the lounge is nice with good water pressure in the bathroom, the downstairs areas are cold, dark, and prone to dampness and mould. I had a nightmare setting up the wifi and fibre connection, and the landlord is responsive but tends to provide only temporary fixes for issues. Overall, the rent feels high for what you get, especially considering the blockage in the kitchen sink and the tricky parking situation.

The shower pressure in this flat is the best thing about it, and you'll really appreciate that. However, the kitchen is small and difficult to keep clean, and the downstairs shower is terrible—we don't even use it. The property manager is generally good but can be unresponsive at times; he does address serious issues, though. Overall, it's a pretty standard flat with cold and damp downstairs bedrooms, but the lounge is a good size for gatherings, and the built-in shelving and desks are useful.

The flat was alright with a perfect location and a backyard that gets some sun in the warmer months, although it still felt cold, especially in the front rooms that don’t get much sunlight. The property managers were very questionable—hard to deal with and not understanding at all, which made the experience frustrating. I believe the property has been taken over by the landlord now, and I hope that goes well.

The house is easy to heat, but mould grows very quickly in the bathrooms, making it feel very damp and cold overall. The shower pressure is the best thing about the place, but the landlord doesn't respond to many issues, including leaks in the roof.

I found the flat to be pretty warm compared to others, thanks to a good-sized wood burner that’s great in winter, though the bright pink bathroom and bright green lounge are a bit much. The landlord is pretty good, very thorough with paperwork, and quick to respond to us. The best thing about the flat is definitely the fireplace, but the worst part is the mould.

The house itself is nothing special, but the location is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is easy going, which makes things a bit better, but I have to say that the flatmates are pretty terrible.
