I found the flat to be a great space, with an impressive level of privacy and a well-laid-out room that’s larger than most studios. The small shower/bathroom setup is manageable, and I appreciated the independence of cooking my own meals, especially since it's not a party flat—perfect for focusing on my studies. The landlord is very responsive and helpful, though the hill to walk up and down for uni can be a bit challenging if you’re not used to it. Overall, for $240 a week for a couple, including power and unlimited internet, it’s a solid choice.

I found the flat to be good overall, with a warm atmosphere that's essential for Dunedin winters and a great layout. The location was ideal—close to uni but not too close—and the price of $240 plus $80 for power and unlimited Wi-Fi was reasonable. The landlord was really quick to respond and fix any issues, but I would have stayed another year if they hadn't added a couple's fee that didn't cover the extra power. The only downsides were the small bathroom and kitchen.
