The house had some issues, like missing piles under the floor and being colder than other flats, and I found that it needed to be spotless to get my bond back. The landlord was a chill guy who rarely inspected the property, but his communication wasn't great. The best thing about the place was some large rooms, but honestly, everything else was lacking.

I really enjoy living in this flat with its big bedrooms, new carpet, and modern kitchen and bathroom. The landlord is fantastic—genuine, helpful, and always looking to improve the place. The best features are the wonderful landlord, the big sunny patio, and the great location, though it can get a bit cold at times.

The flat is warm, which is definitely a plus. However, the security cameras are everywhere, which can be a bit off-putting. Additionally, the landlord inspects every room every three months, which feels a bit intrusive.

The studio rooms are warm, dry, and cozy, which I really appreciate. The landlord is great and responsive to requests, although some issues can be ignored or take a while to get fixed. My only downside is that I can hear the person in the bottom story since the floor lacks insulation.

This studio sounds amazing from the outside, with a range of $185 - $195 depending on the room and all the necessary amenities like a nice TV, toaster, and microwave. The location is perfect, and the quality of everything is great. However, my experience with the landlady was less than ideal; she started to crack down on tenants halfway through my lease, installing security cameras that made me feel surveilled. It's a good place to live if you're quiet and have no social life, but the intense, uptight rules—like no overnight guests without a fee—were quite restrictive.

The house didn't have a big lounge, but the best thing was definitely the patio out back. The landlord was reliable and always picked up when I called, which I appreciated. However, the cold was a downside.

The house has brand new carpet, which is great, and the bedroom size is definitely the best feature. However, the worst part is that there’s no lounge. On the plus side, the landlord quickly responds to all and any problems, which is really helpful.
