The flat is awesome with three stories and a big living room that feels cosy, like a winter vacation cabin. It's quiet outside, and it gets really warm with the heaters on, but the downside is that I can hear everything from the room next to me, especially during parties. Also, it's farther from campus than other flats, but the university flats office is always open if I have questions.

Resident Reviews
The location of the flat is great, being near campus, and the studio room offers good privacy with the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. However, my experience with the landlord, Edinburgh, was very disappointing; they had a slow response time for everything except for collecting rent, and the cooktop was broken for six months without any repairs. Additionally, getting my bond back was a hassle, as it seemed like I had to clean excessively just to meet their standards, despite having vacuumed three times before leaving. If you're looking for a studio and don't mind being a bit farther from uni, I would advise against signing this one.
The house has a small kitchen and bathroom inside my room, which is convenient, but the overall size is quite small. The best feature is definitely having my own personal bathroom. While the landlord is responsible, they aren't always reliable when it comes to tenant needs.
This is a series of 27 studio rooms, and if you can afford it, they offer great deals with all-inclusive power, internet, heat, ensuit bathrooms, kitchenettes, and furnishings. The landlord responds quickly via text and conducts inspections about three times a year, though they aren't willing to make structural changes, which is fine since very few rooms need them. The best part is the privacy, but the small toilet and shower can be a downside.
