Living in this flat is really cool because I love having all my mates around me, and it's great that the Cumberland-facing side gets a lot of sun. However, the walls are very thin, which can be a downside. On top of that, it took four months to get our bond back, and the landlord was useless at getting things fixed. Overall, it's nice being in a complex, but the thin walls are definitely a drawback.
