The house is very cold and drafty, with high ceilings that make it hard to heat, and most areas don’t get any sun due to nearby trees and a wall. On the plus side, it’s a large house with an awesome upstairs shower and a lovely kitchen. The landlord, Click, responds quickly to maintenance requests, but their strict inspections mean you have to keep everything showroom ready. Overall, while I appreciate the space, it can be quite expensive to live here given the cold conditions.

Living in this flat has been a challenging experience. The house is very cold and drafty, with high ceilings that make it hard to heat, and the downstairs area gets almost no sun and is infested with bugs. Dealing with the landlord, Click, has been frustrating; I've been threatened with the tenancy tribunal over minor issues, like a small clump of cat hair during an inspection. Honestly, the best part about this place is leaving it, as everything else has been a struggle.
The house had great views, and having power included in the rent was awesome, but it was quite a distance to walk. The landlord was great, but I found Click Realty to be lacking. The best part was definitely the power included in the rent, while the worst was the lack of clarity regarding the periodic lease and change of ownership.
